We respect your privacy. This page explains what data we store, what it's for, and what your rights are — in plain language.
Data we store
Your name, email address, order history, wallet balance, and transaction records. This is the minimum data we need to keep your account and orders working.
Payment data
Payments are processed by official gateways (QRIS, Midtrans, Duitku). We do NOT store your card number or banking credentials — it's all handled by licensed gateway providers.
What the data is used for
Processing orders, sending product codes/credentials, login verification (email OTP), customer support, and important notifications about your account. We don't send spam.
Cookies
We use cookies sparingly: login sessions, security, and language preferences. No third-party advertising cookies.
Sharing data
Your data is NOT sold. It's only shared with payment processors and infrastructure providers to the extent needed to run the service.
Security
Logins are protected by a one-time OTP code sent to your email. Guard access to your email — it's the master key to your account.
Your rights
You can view and change your profile data anytime in the Profile menu, and you can request permanent account deletion (confirmed via an email OTP code).
