Our products are digital and delivered instantly after payment (proxy quota activates immediately; CloudPhone codes and digital products are sent instantly). For that reason, purchases CANNOT be canceled or refunded once payment succeeds.

Wallet top-ups

Wallet balance is used for shopping at GrowTech Central and cannot be cashed back out.

If something goes wrong

Code won't work? Proxy not running? Contact support via Discord/WhatsApp — our team will help check. If there's a proven defect on our side (e.g. an invalid code at delivery), we'll replace it with a working one.

A tip before you buy

Start with a small plan to try it, then increase the amount. Proxy quota never expires, so there's no downside to buying just enough.
