State or province

Full name, lowercase, and the country has to come first.

gt-8f21c4__cr.us;state.arizona # include gt-8f21c4__cr.us;nostate.arizona # exclude

Names, not abbreviations

Write state.arizona, not state.az. Abbreviations are not recognised, and an unrecognised value is ignored without an error.

⚠ Fine filters burn 2× quota

State, city and ASN filters debit 2× the traffic you actually send. We measured this ourselves: a city-targeted account consumed 2.0× what it sent, while an unfiltered control consumed 1.0×.

The debit lands on your quota, not our margin. Buy 100 GB, filter by city, and it runs out after 50 GB of real traffic. Country (cr) is free — it is not surcharged.

The one exempt pool: Residential Elite. Measured at 1.0× with the same filter. On Residential Plus this rule is not measured yet.
