Writing a targeting rule
Country first, then the finer filters. And the finer filters cost double quota.
Country only — free

gt-8f21c4__cr.de,au # Germany or Australia
gt-8f21c4__nocr.cn # anywhere except China
Finer than a country

⚠ Fine filters burn 2× quota
State, city and ASN filters debit 2× the traffic you actually send. We measured this ourselves: a city-targeted account consumed 2.0× what it sent, while an unfiltered control consumed 1.0×.
The debit lands on your quota, not our margin. Buy 100 GB, filter by city, and it runs out after 50 GB of real traffic. Country (cr) is free — it is not surcharged.
The one exempt pool: Residential Elite. Measured at 1.0× with the same filter. On Residential Plus this rule is not measured yet.
Order matters
If cr is not given first, the filters after it are silently ignored. You get no error — you just get IPs from anywhere, and only notice when the results look wrong.
